Dolgix Registered DDR4 SDRAM DIMMs (Registered Double Data Rate Synchronous DRAM Dual In-Line Memory Modules) are low power, high-speed operation memory modules that use DDR4 SDRAM devices. These DDR4 Registered DIMMs are intended for use as main memory when installed in systems such as servers and workstations.

  • Nominal and dynamic on-die termination (ODT) for data, strobe, and mask signals
  • Fixed burst chop (BC) of 4 and burst length (BL) of 8 via the mode register set (MRS)
  • Selectable BC4 or BL8 on-the-fly (OTF)
