We have the following additional equipment:

Temperature Controlled Oven
We can do baking of the components and ICs for pre-defined duration as per customers’ requirement before taking the same into the production. -
Rework Stations
We have temperature controlled rework stations, hot guns and soldering irons to do rework on the product found faulty during testing. -
Hardware Testers
We have large number of hardware based testers and add on test cards for diagnostics. -
Laser Marking Machine
We have CO2, YVO4, and Fiber based laser marking machine to print logos and brand names on the product. -
Thermal Printers
We have thermal printers that are used to print non-temperable label to keep track of warranty issues. -
Electricity Conditioning and Power Backup
We have two online UPS of capacity 120KVA and 60KVA which are backed by gensets of capacity 220KVA and 125KVA. This ensures uninterrupted power supply at all times. In addition the power from the mains is routed through 300KVA servo stabilizer that ensures automatic voltage regulation for the power supply. -
Motherboards and Processors
We have hundreds of DDR5, DDR4, DDR3 motherboards and range of processors to simulate various motherboards and processors combination sold in the market. We ensure compatibility as well as proper working of the product by testing on these motherboards/processors combination. -
Manpower
We have highly trained 200+ manpower including technically qualified engineers, diploma holders and qualified technicians. More than half of the employees have been with the company for more than 10 years. Around 50 employees have been with the company for more than 14 years, though the company is only 15 years old. OM Nanotech is proud of the fact that there are no HR related litigation or IR issues. The employees are highly dedicated, motivated and cohesive work force which relentlessly works towards common goal.
