Singapore based MNC OM Associates Pte.Ltd established Om Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. in Noida, India in 2006.
Om Associates is globally renowned in the field of DRAM, Flash, CMOS, Memory Modules and is direct with Micron,
USA, the world leader in DRAM and Flash.
Om Associates was outsourcing testing and manufacturing activities for DRAM, SD Cards, Pen Drives to EMS Manufacturing
facilities in the Far East, including encapsulation and packaging of wafer die. In 2006, it promoted Om Nanotech
in India with an aim to get Replicable Quality as well as take on R&D activities. Consequently,
a state-of-art and probably the only one of it's kind centre in India was set up in Noida Special
Economic Zone (Near New Delhi), that has been operational since May 2007.
The objectives of this unit are:
- Produce Products of exception Quality using the best testing software/hardware.
- The Quality of the end product should always be the same, irrespective of source of the raw material.
- Continuously evaluate the current testing and manufacturing processes that are available globally and improve there upon.
- To come up with improved software/hardware that can improve the quality and yield.
- Reduce process cost.
