OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

• We have approx. 20,000 Sq. Ft. covered area. Our Infrastructure has various departments for conducting a seamless manufacturing process.
• We produce end products such as Memory Modules, SSD and Flash Drives.
• We have two YAMAHA SMT lines. Machines and capabilities for SMD output is 140000 CpH.
• Our manufacturing unit has lead-free PCB assemblies.
• We have 9 Zone Reflow Oven along with a Mesh Conveyor. The best possible soldering result is achieved using the hot Reflow Oven followed by the Line inspections.
• There is a dedicated Air Compressor for SMT Line in our plant.
• The Manufacturing and Storage area are in compliance with ESD protection.
• A Flexible line has been set in order to meet the customers’ specific requirements.

SERVICES COVER OUR EMS Contract Manufacturing

• SMD components – placing the components directly onto the surface of the PCB.
• EMS includes a whole range of services involved in the production: component(s) selection, product assurance, assembly, testing, failure, analysis, laser marking etc.
• Our team works through an EMS software and a modern inventory management method that provides cost effective solutions to the customer with an ultimate objective: “Customer Satisfaction”.
• We support import and export as per the end user requirement(s) since our facility is located in NSEZ, Noida.
